" I really wish I took a "before" photo when I started. I've gained 24 lbs. Since last summer (from 140 to 164) while lowering my BMI and Body fat. That means it's almost all muscle. I'm 60 years old. I look completely different and people notice. I give a great deal of credit to my trainer Terry (TD). For best results, a trainer is absolutely essential. Especially, if you're a newb. TD will get you the results you seek if you're willing to put in the work and eat right. I'd give 6 stars if I could."
